Ingredients List
- Chicken - 500gram
- Onion - 1
- Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato -1
- Coriander leaves
- Oil - 2tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Chicken masala powder-1tsp
- Coriander powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-3/4tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Take a pan add 2 tsp oil once oil heat add onion & pinch of turmeric powder fry until it turns to golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato
- Once tomato are cooked , add Garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder & chicken masala powder and fry in medium heat.
- Add washed chicken and give a mix. Add salt and close lid cook for 10mins.
- Open lid and cook for 10mins
- Add cilantro once chicken is cooked.
- Serve with chapati, roti naan &rice.
