Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 4 Green chili ( as per spicy)
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1/2 cup besan
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup chopped
- Salt to taste
- Baking Soda ( pinch - optional)
Batter preparation
- Mix all the above ingredients into the bowl.
- If batter became thin, add some Besan and if it became thick, add little water .
- Batter should be in cake batter consistency.
Cooking
- Heat a oil in container
- Make small round shapes and deep fry in oil for 10-15 mins. (till Golden brown)
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
