Ingredients
- 3 fish fillets½ tsp
- 3tsp oil
- 3tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 2tsp chilli powder
- 1tsp ginger& garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Cilantro
- Salt to taste
Steps for marination
- Mix all the above ingredients into the bowl.
- Apply this paste to the fish fillets both sides.
- Place it an air tight container and keep in the refrigerator for 1 to 3hrs.( more hours marination leads to better taste).
Preparation process
- Heat a Grill pan and add 1 tbsp of ghee /oil
- Place fish fillets and fry for 10min each side.
- Serve hot.
