Mushroom Masala



                                                                          


Ingredients List

  • Mushroom 250 grams
  • Onion - 1/2  
  • Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Tomato - 1
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Take a pan add 2 tsp oil once oil heat add onion and fry until it turns to golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomato 
  • Once tomato are cooked , add Garam masala, coriander & chilli powder and fry in medium heat.
  • Add chopped mushrooms and fry them properly. No need to extra water.
  • Add cilantro once mushrooms are cooked. 
  • Serve with chapathi, roti & Naan.
