Ingredients List
- Mushroom 250 grams
- Onion - 1/2
- Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 1
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Take a pan add 2 tsp oil once oil heat add onion and fry until it turns to golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato
- Once tomato are cooked , add Garam masala, coriander & chilli powder and fry in medium heat.
- Add chopped mushrooms and fry them properly. No need to extra water.
- Add cilantro once mushrooms are cooked.
- Serve with chapathi, roti & Naan.
