Ingredients List
- Eggs - 3
- Onion - 1
- Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato -1
- Green chilli paste - 1tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Soy sause - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder-3/4tsp
- Salt to taste
Rice preparation
- Take a pan add 2 tsp oil once oil heat and add onion and turmeric powder fry until it turns to golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2mins
- Add cooked rice to that and mix well and keep aside
Masala Preparation
- Take a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Once oil heated, add onion and curry leaves, fry until it turns to golden brown.
- Add chopped tomato and Garam masala, fry in medium heat.
- Crack 3 eggs add to the masala and fry until it turns to semi solid.
- Add rice which prepared previously to the masala and add soy sause, chilli powder and little bit salt and mix well and add chopped coriander leaves.
