Easy Egg Rice Recipe

 




Ingredients List

  • Eggs - 3
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Tomato -1
  • Green chilli paste - 1tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Soy sause - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-3/4tsp
  • Salt to taste
Rice preparation
  • Take a pan add 2 tsp oil once oil heat and add onion and turmeric powder fry until it turns to golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2mins
  • Add cooked rice to that and mix well and keep aside

Masala Preparation

  • Take a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Once oil heated, add onion and curry leaves, fry until it turns to golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomato and Garam masala, fry in medium heat.
  • Crack 3 eggs add to the masala and fry until it turns to semi solid.
  • Add rice which prepared previously to the masala and add soy sause, chilli powder and little bit salt and mix well and add chopped coriander leaves.
